Import from cPanel

Moves cPanel accounts here complete: same user name and login password, all domains with their folders, website files, databases with their users and passwords (wp-config.php keeps working), email accounts with passwords and all mail, forwarders, DNS records, cron jobs, FTP accounts and purchased SSL certificates. Accounts are imported one at a time under Tasks; nothing changes on the cPanel server.

Put full account backups (cpmove-USER.tar.gz from WHM, or backup-…_USER.tar.gz from cPanel > Backup) in /home/ccpanel-imports, e.g. scp cpmove-*.tar.gz root@this-server:/home/ccpanel-imports/. Files in /home, /root and /backup are found too.

After importing: test the sites through the new server (hosts file or a temporary DNS change), then point each domain's DNS / nameservers here. AutoSSL issues free certificates as soon as the DNS points here. An account name that already exists on this server is never overwritten.
